2. Scope & Definitions

These Terms apply to all quotations, orders, agreements, and deliveries of digital services (software/development consulting, implementation, maintenance) and e-learning (courses, tutorials, downloadable materials, access to online learning environments).
Deviations are valid only if expressly agreed in writing.


3. Services & Delivery

E-learning (immediate delivery): After successful payment, you receive instant access (download link, account access, or emailed instructions).

Services (project-based): We acknowledge orders within 1 business day and deliver according to the agreed timeline.
Where contractually agreed, post-payment (invoice after milestones/completion) may be available for services.

All deliveries are digital; no physical shipping is involved.


4. Pricing, Currency & Payment

Prices are displayed in EUR (€) (unless stated otherwise) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is generally required before delivery, except where expressly agreed otherwise for services.

Payment methods: Cards and alternative methods (e.g., Bancontact for Belgian customers) as listed at checkout.
Payments are processed securely via our payment service provider(s) (PSPs). We may use one or more PSPs; the applicable PSP is shown at checkout.

Invoices/receipts are provided electronically.


5. Right of Withdrawal (EEA Consumers) — Our Extra-Lenient Policy

We operate a no-questions-asked 14-day refund for EEA consumers on online purchases — even for digital products or services that have already been accessed or used.

How to exercise:
Email info@marketingshop.online within 14 days of purchase with the subject “Withdrawal Request” and your order details. No reason is required.

Statutory exceptions:
EU law provides certain exceptions for instantly delivered digital content with prior consent; we voluntarily waive these exceptions within 14 days.
For services that have begun, we ordinarily grant a full refund within 14 days; if a full refund is not feasible due to substantial bespoke work completed at your request, we will agree on the most customer-friendly solution (often pro-rata) — our default is to favour the customer.


6. Refunds (Including Bancontact Specifics)

Refunds are fast & fee-free and processed within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original transaction (unless otherwise agreed).

Bancontact:
Technical refunds are possible up to 365 days from the original transaction. Bancontact has no chargeback mechanism; please contact us directly — we resolve issues immediately with refund or re-delivery.

Our policy is deliberately more generous than legal minimums to remove customer risk.


7. Access, Accounts & Fair Use

You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Unlawful use or infringement of third-party rights is prohibited.
Sharing or reselling access without permission is not allowed.


8. Intellectual Property & Licence

All content, code, materials, designs, logos, and course content on the Website are the property of Digital world or its licensors.
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased digital content for your own (non-commercial) use, unless a separate licence states otherwise.


9. Warranties, Support & Service Levels

We provide services to professional standards.
For e-learning, we aim for reasonable uptime and availability.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including data loss or business interruption).
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service.

11. Fraud & Risk Prevention

To prevent abuse, we may verify transactions (e.g., email confirmation, additional details) and — if fraud is suspected — temporarily restrict access or cancel an order with a refund.


12. Geographic Availability & Sanctions

Our digital products and services are available worldwide, subject to legal restrictions and sanctions regimes.
Certain payment methods (such as Bancontact) are region-specific.


13. Governing Law & Consumer Protection

For consumers within the EU/EEA, these Terms apply subject to and in compliance with mandatory EU/EEA consumer protection law.

For all others, French law applies (without prejudice to mandatory local consumer rights).
We aim to resolve disputes amicably first — contact us; our priority is a fast refund or solution.
